You can apply by submitting your portfolio and measurements through our Contact page, or attend one of our monthly open casting calls held at our West Hollywood office. We review every submission personally and typically respond within 5-7 business days. No prior experience is necessary for our Rising Star program.

We represent talent across all categories including high fashion editorial, commercial print and video, runway, fitness, beauty and cosmetics, film and television, event hosting, and digital/social media influencing. Our diverse roster allows us to match talent with opportunities across the entire entertainment spectrum.

While professional photos are helpful, they are not required for your initial submission. Clear, well-lit snapshots showing your face and full body are sufficient. If you are accepted, our team will arrange professional portfolio shoots as part of your development plan.

We represent talent aged 16 and older. Minors between 16-17 require parental or guardian consent and must comply with UAE child labor laws for any bookings. We have specialized programs for both teen and mature talent markets.

Our standard commission is 20% on all bookings we secure for you. This is only charged when you earn money through work we arrange — you never pay commission on work you find independently. Our subscription plans cover development services and are separate from booking commissions.

Our Spotlight and Icon plans require exclusive representation within the Dubai market. However, Rising Star members may maintain non-exclusive arrangements. We do work with mother agencies for talent based outside of UAE and can coordinate international representation.

Arrive with a clean, natural look unless otherwise instructed. Bring your comp card, a form of ID, and wear form-fitting clothing that showcases your physique. Castings typically last 15-30 minutes and may include a brief interview, measurements check, and test shots or a short performance.

Timeline varies based on your experience, look, and the current market demand. Some talent book within their first week, while others may take 1-3 months as we build their portfolio and introduce them to clients. Our Spotlight and Icon members typically see faster booking rates due to priority submissions.

Absolutely. All plans include coaching sessions covering posing, runway walking, on-camera technique, interview skills, and personal branding. Our Icon members receive comprehensive development including media training, fitness planning, and styling consultation with our in-house creative team.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel during a contract period, any outstanding obligations for confirmed bookings must still be fulfilled. Please review our full Terms and Conditions for complete details.

For Spotlight and Icon members, we coordinate all travel logistics including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Travel costs for bookings are typically covered by the client. For Rising Star members, we provide travel guidance but arrangements are the talent's responsibility unless the client covers expenses.

Get plenty of rest the night before, stay hydrated, and arrive with clean, moisturized skin and neatly groomed nails. Avoid drastic haircuts or color changes before the shoot. Our creative team will handle styling and makeup on set. We recommend bringing a variety of undergarments including seamless options in nude tones.
