By accessing the website of Welvata Agency ("Agency," "we," "our," or "us") located at voguestars.la, or by using any of our services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Welvata Agency, a company registered in the State of UAE, with its principal place of business at Al Sufouh, Dubai Media City, Dubai, UAE.
Welvata Agency provides talent management and representation services including but not limited to:
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. Individuals between the ages of 16 and 17 must have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. All talent must be legally authorized to work in the United States and comply with all applicable UAE labor laws, including but not limited to the UAE Labor Code provisions governing minors in the entertainment industry.
Acceptance into our talent roster requires execution of a separate Representation Agreement. These Terms and Conditions supplement but do not replace the Representation Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Representation Agreement, the Representation Agreement shall prevail with respect to talent services.
Our subscription plans (Rising Star, Spotlight, and Icon) are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
In addition to subscription fees, a standard commission of 20% applies to all bookings and engagements secured by the Agency on your behalf. This commission is deducted from your gross earnings before payment is remitted to you.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription plan with 30 calendar days' written notice sent to [email protected]. Upon cancellation:
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and compilation thereof, is the property of Welvata Agency or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
By submitting photographs, videos, or other media to Welvata Agency, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials for the purpose of promoting your talent and securing bookings on your behalf. This license extends to sharing your materials with potential clients, publishing them on our website and social media, and including them in Agency marketing materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Welvata Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Welvata Agency, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dubai County, UAE.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation with the Agency. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable Representation Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Welvata Agency regarding the use of our website and services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
